About Us
General Information:
The District is a quasi-municipal organization governed by the statutes of Colorado and a Board Of Directors elected by the property owners of the District.
The wastewater collections mains are operated and maintained by the District. Wastewater treatment is performed by the Metro Water Recovery.

The District provides 24-hour emergency response for wastewater service.
The District is responsible for the wastewater collection mains. The property owner is responsible for their wastewater service line from the District's collection main to the house, business or structure.
District Board Meetings:
The District Board Meetings are held the second Wednesday of each month at 3:00pm at the District office.
